Interior and exterior finishing for a rebuilt beachside home in Currumbin, working alongside the builder from lock-up through to handover.
The brief
After a substantial rebuild of their beachside home, the owners needed a painting team that could work to a builder's programme without compromising on finish quality.
Our approach
We joined the project at lock-up and staged the work around other trades — sealing and finishing new plasterboard, spraying doors and trim off-site for a factory-grade finish, and completing the exterior in a marine-grade system suited to direct coastal exposure.
The result
The home was handed over on schedule with a finish that matches the quality of the rebuild itself. The owners have since engaged us for ongoing maintenance of the exterior.
