Diamond grinding and a full epoxy floor system for a working warehouse in Nerang, delivered over a long weekend to keep the business moving.
The brief
A Nerang distribution business needed their tired, dusty concrete warehouse floor replaced with a hard-wearing, easy-to-clean surface — with the shortest possible shutdown.
Our approach
The slab was diamond-ground to expose clean concrete, cracks and spalls were repaired, and a high-build epoxy system was applied in a light grey with safety line-marking for forklift routes and pedestrian walkways.
The result
The floor was returned to service after a single long-weekend shutdown. The finished surface is sealed against dust, resistant to forklift traffic and chemical spills, and dramatically brighter under the existing warehouse lighting.
