The brief
The owners of this two-storey Palm Beach home wanted a complete refresh inside and out — a single, considered palette that would tie together a series of renovations completed over several years.
Our approach
We began with thorough surface preparation: washing down the exterior, treating salt-affected areas, and repairing hairline cracking in the render before any colour went near a wall. Inside, ceilings, walls, doors and trim were finished in a layered warm-white scheme, with a deeper tone reserved for the main bedroom.
The result
The finished home reads as calm and cohesive from the street to the back deck. The exterior system was specified for coastal exposure, giving the owners a finish built to last well beyond the typical repaint cycle.
